  Abstract :    For many years, scientists and other people have evaluated esearch studies through statistical significance and the p-value. Although criticism of the p-value approach has existed for many years, the amount of criticism has recently increased. In this talk, I will speak about problems with the p-value approach, both in theory and in how people interpret p-values. I will then present several possible solutions, from small changes to major shifts, to move researchers and statisticians into a "post p < 0.05 world".
