IASC-ARS 2025: Call for Invited Session Proposals

We are pleased to announce the Call for Invited Session Proposals for the 13th Conference of the International Association for Statistical Computing - Asia Region (IASC-ARS 2025), which will take place from December 4th to 6th, 2025 at the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. IASC-ARS 2025 will explore the theme of Interfaces Between Statistics and AI: Towards Collaboration and Unification. The focus will be on how practitioners in statistics, AI, and machine learning can leverage each other’s strengths to advance their respective fields and explore novel opportunities that emerge at the intersection. This conference will provide an academic platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to exchange ideas and foster collaborations that push the boundaries of statistics, machine learning, AI, and related fields.

We invite proposals for invited sessions that focus on novel and innovative areas of statistical, machine learning, and AI research. These sessions should aim to advance new computational techniques, deepen the understanding of recent methods, explore emerging trends, or demonstrate the efficacy of implementation in targeted applications. Each session will consist of four speakers and will last 120 minutes.

How to Submit a Session Proposal:

If you are interested in organizing an invited session, please submit your proposal here via Google Form with the following information:

1. Session title and description (up to 150 words)
2. Names and affiliations of proposed speakers, ideally with their presentation titles and abstracts
3. Contact information for the session organizer

Submission Deadline: June 30th, 2025
Notification of Acceptance: July 15th, 2025
