### Job Description

RadaHaim is pioneering the field of organoid technology, establishing a standardized, mass-production platform dedicated to advancing research, therapeutic development, and personalized medicine. We are seeking a proficient Biostatistician to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in interpreting complex biological data and contributing to the design and analysis of experiments pertaining to organoid development and production.

### Key Responsibilities

1. Statistical Analysis:

   - Employ statistical methodologies to analyze biological data derived from organoid production and experiments.

   - Design and perform data analysis and statistical modeling relevant to the understanding and optimization of organoid development.

2. Experimental Design:

   - Collaborate with biologists and research scientists in designing experiments and studies, ensuring the scientific validity and statistical robustness.

   - Provide insights into determining variables, sample size, and experimental conditions.

3. Data Management:

   - Ensure accurate data management, including the logging, cleaning, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis.

   - Develop, implement, and utilize computational tools and systems for managing, visualizing, and analyzing data sets.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

   - Develop clear and comprehensive reports of findings which can be understood by non-statisticians.

   - Collaborate in writing scientific papers and creating presentations.

5. Regulatory Compliance:

   - Ensure that all data analysis and collection complies with applicable regulations and industry standards.

6. Collaboration:

   - Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to understand their analytical needs and provide statistical support.

### Key Requirements

1. Educational Background:

   - Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

2. Technical Skills:

   - Proficiency in statistical programming languages such as R, Python, or SAS.

   - Experience with database management and data visualization tools.

3. Experience:

   - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical industry, or related research fields.

   - Experience with the statistical analysis of biological data, preferably in stem cell biology, tissue engineering, or a related field.

4. Analytical Skills:

   - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and interpret large sets of data.

   - Knowledge of applying various statistical methods (such as regression and multivariate statistical analyses).

5. Communication Skills:

   - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex statistical concepts to non-experts.

   - Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.

6. Regulatory Knowledge:

   - Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance issues related to data management and analysis in biological research.

7. Detail-Oriented:

   - Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving high levels of accuracy.
